Unfortunately, yes you can. If you don't keep an accurate check on you your blood sugar levels and depending on whether or not you are insulin dependent if you do not take your shot it is highly possible for you to go into seizures, diabetic coma, etc. thus resulting in death. It is VERY IMPORTANT you listen and follow your doctors orders. My husbands friend died almost 8 years ago because of this.

Sure can There are many ways. Sugar too high or too low. Then there are deaths related to diabetes complications. Diabetes is nothing to shrug at. But if one takes care of themself they can reduce their risk. Weather they are type 1 of type2

Dont worry these days people died more in other situation than diabetes.diabetes is not a sickness if you control your blood sugar in normal range .In this case it is only a shotage of insulin. As far as I know the human being may produces insulin more effective that normal people have.Any how diabetes can lead to death or serious problems if the blood sugar is not under tight control.Good luck

Yes, you can. If your blood sugars go too high it can lead to a coma and eventually death. My Dad is diabetic. He was having blood sugars in the 400's for months. He had a heart attack in Sept and almost died. He is now trying to eat healthy to keep his blood sugars down and he is exercising as well.

Diabetes is a very serious condition and if the person with it is not compliant with theri diet and medications very serious complications can arise. For example, neuropathy, poor circulation, amputations, loss of vision, kidney failure. It's very a very serious medical conditon. Unfortunately a lot of people with diabetes are not compliant and develop a lot of the above problems.

Absolutely. My maternal Grandfather died of complications from diabetes, and I just recently lost my Mother to the disease as well. Fortunately it seems to have jumped my Sisters and I, and we're keeping our fingers crossed for our kids. It's a terrible condition that leads to all kinds of diseases and strokes.
