Looking for info on Diarrhea?

I wrote once before telling everyone that I had undergone a Gastrick Bypass, 12 months later I underwent a bowl obstruction, every since then I have had diarrhea. Could it be because the intestion was cut twice. Does anyone know of a website I could visit for information
