Cantonese Style is the best because it is spicy and full of green onions, garlic, and ginger. The best is Blue Crab cooked Cantonese style. It has garlic, salt, great onions, and ginger and of course rice wine (if you have time light it on fire in your skillet, that's the best). It's great fresh. (The crab has to be fresh to be good so the meat becomes very sweet.) Also top it with some bamboo steamed sticky rice or Korean rice. It is great since you eat crab with your hands. ( Might as well have rice that you can eat with your hands without making a mess or sticking to your hands.)

My favourite recipe:
Marinate some chicken wings/drumsticks in chopped garlic and ginger, and soy sauce (add some water otherwise it would be really salty). Then roast with honey. This makes great finger food/starters/picnic food!
You can also use this as an alternative to Sunday roasts - just serve with your normal veg and gravy and enjoy!

i think the best chinese food is dim sum, mostly the one where a leaf is wrap around rice...that's yummy..and i think the seafood are good too.......talking bout chinese food makes me want to get some right now lol
