Sainsburys do a great multi omega oil (3,6 &9) in their healthy section. you can just take a tablespoon a day (tastes nutty) or sprinkle it on salad. Research shows that we are too obsessed with omega three and actually need a balnce of all three oils for optimum benefit. Also with this oil you get only oil without all the nasties in capsules. Flax and hemp seed oils are excellent sources of your Omega-3 and Omega 6 polyunsaturated fats. I wouldn't want to eat fish oil either!

Flaxseed oil. I suggest capsules. You can buy bottled flaxseed oil but it is very bitter and gross. It looks like olive oil so one day I used some in a salad dressing. BLEAGH!
