I am against killing any one; I would not hesitate to sacrifice my own at God's time point. I am trying to figure out what was given to me in a cup of strong coffee which created a bunch of symptoms in my system. Thanks for all the imaginations as well as other genuine answers.

pottasium when given in high doses will cause heart attack. It is also one of the first things they check for so you would be caught if you dosed someone to kill them.
Any drug would be found and you would be arrested. Farensic science is very advanced these days and they will catch you if you attempt murder.
