2.5yr-old has an enlarged adenoid, i refused removal, sometimes she snores, others not. I want to go natural until she is okay. what i hate is she breathes thro' mouth. what can I do to help her live comfortably, eg food, sleeping style, how to promote nose breathing i.e. anything to promote positiveness.

Pls I need many answers, what foods i can encourage, what exercise, what sleeping style, what vitamins, what natural traits eg at one time i tell to breathe thro' mouth and she does, again she forgets. Pls assist

It depends on the REASON for the enlarged adenoid.

If you are not happy with the doctor's explanation, demand an explanation. If you don't get one, then go to a different doctor.

That adenoid could be causing sleep apnea, which can be a very bad thing.

I understand that you do not want your child to have surgery. And the talk about "natural" cures is normal. Think about this. Our homes, foods, and environments are no longer natural. They are filled with toxins and pollutants. Advances in medical science are not perfect and are sometimes misused, however, a lot of us, myselt included are alive because of those advances.

By the way, hemlock and arsenic are natural too, and they kill.

Do your research. Find a doctor you trust. Do not put your child in danger because of your own fears.
