I am male 23 yrs old have cough congestion in throat with bad breathing problrm for last 5 yrs, I have tried many medicine but nothing have improve.About 6 months back I use to have regular night falls from my penis.Now it didnot haven.but the liquired that comes out of my penis during night is coming from my mouth as cough and it have mixed with cough in my throat. please suggest me homeopathy medicine for fast improve of cough congestion in throat with bad breath. The bad breath is so bad that could not talk to many peoples as smell of bad breath that comes out of my mouth is very bad due to cough conjestion .
