What do you mean by Charlie Horses? I use an Activa mask and I get the occassional pain below the nose, because of the mask rubbing against it, but no actual charlie horses that most people are familiar with. You know when someone hits you hard in the leg. I can only attribute this to restlessness during sleep. Unless of course you mean something else.

A charley horse is a muscle injury where it contracts in response to trauma. How does this machine cause the trauma? If you use it correctly and it is sitting beside the bed and you are laying on your back, then it should not do that.
If you are having muscle spams due to a different way you are laying, that is a different problem. I would be willing to bet that you have had to lay on your back where you didn't before. Stretching and exercise before getting into bed can help with this. The other thing is to try taking a calcium supplement or drinking milk if you can to see if this would stop your spasms.

CH are cause mostly from dehydration, other possible cause are potassium deficiency, good luck and eat a banana it can't hurt and watch to see if you are subconsciously not drinking enough water.
