No, if you swallow it, it goes down your throat and into your stomach. It can't survive in the stomach due to the heat and acids there, so it just breaks down and goes through your digestive system.
Say NO you can't get pregnant from oral sex. But yu can get STDs from it

Oral sex may not lead to reproduction, but it may lead to STD infections such as Herpes labialis, Gonococcal pharyngitis, HIV infection, etc.
