The average normal range is 70-110 mg/dl. That is a tad high, but if you ate prior to taking it, especially if you ate something sweet, that could have something to do with it. Why are you testing your sugars? If you are diabetic, and you're not familiar with what the normal ranges are or what foods you should be eating, it's really important that you educate yourself. You can do so by asking for literature from your health office at school or your family doctor. You can also look up information online or check the site below. :-) Good luck!

You did not say that you were a diabetic so I will assume that you are not. The nondiabetic is able to control their glucose within a very narrow range. It remains about 100 to 140 all day and night irrespective of what or how much you eat. If you are not a diabetic you will not need to change your diet prior to having your blood drawn although the blood test must be done fasting. 123 mg/dL is 'high' for a fasting gluocse in a nondiabetic so I hope that your fasting glucose will be lower.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
