A debate over whether Schumi has the lowest standing heartrate has sparked this question. Looking to find out who that person would be and what the standing heartrate is.

I'm not sure of their name, but I do know that there was a guy, think he was a mountaineer or a rockclimber and he had a standing heart rate of 28bpm! Hope this helps a bit, thought it would be worth mentioning.

don't know the rate but i heard lance Armstrong's is half what a normal person's is
