you should relax and take a rest.
pamper yourself with good things like good ppl around you and good environment.
u may want to ask your doctor if Ventolin is okay for you, because i think it's good to help cure or stop the illness.
please also drink a lot of water, this will help u flush out your toxins..maybe 8 glasses, but don't drink too much, it might sink or drown ur heart or might cause some complications.. only lukewarm or somehow hot, don't drink cold water or eat ice cream. it will accumulate more phlegm in your lungs.
soup may be one of good food to eat. avoid oily food.
keep urself ventilated.
and 'v course pray to GOD. i think it wont hurt if you'll do. u have the time.. it would help to know that there is Somebody who takes care of you too. =)

If your doctor did not give you medicine and an inhaler, go to another doctor for a second opinion. Drink plenty of fluids, avoid milk as it causes more mucus build up. You are not going to feel like eating much which is normal. But be sure you are getting the proper medical care or it could develop into a pneumonia. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Drink as much water as you possibly can. I assume the Dr has you on meds
The water will help with the mucus. Dont worry about eating much. Try broth and jello and if you eat any solids just eat the tiniest amount. Stick to liqifued clear liquids if possible.
I get bronchitis about every 2 years so I know what your going thru. You have my sympathy. Take care so it doesnt turn into pneumonia and if you feel like your getting worse or the puking turns a rusty color go back to the doctor.

Are you sure you don't mean "bronchiectasis"?
The doctor should have measured your respiratory function & then measured it again after allowing you to take a puff of an asthma inhaler. In a young person who doesn't smoke, I would guess asthma before any other lung disease.
Your stomach problems are a bit worrisome. Depending on how long this has been going on, this could be a stenotic valve in your esophagus or stomach. You need to see a GI doctor who will need to put a scope down your throat to look at your esophagus & sphincters.

I had the same. there were times I was taking to the emergency room.. Well, I don't know if it works or not but I started doing exercises in many different ways it did help me a lot. I decided to stop my medication and just to my martial arts and running...
Well here is the catch. I came from a country that family and friends are very religious, my Mother used to pray a lot for me she believes in miracle and of course in God. The truth is I don't have Bronchitis any more... So, now you know my secret...
wish you well

Smoking aggrevates bronchitis, but doesn't cause it. It tends to start out more like a cold that simply won't go away.
Treat it like a very severe cold: Use steam and hot liquids. Don't try to force yourself to eat if you simply can't, but do make sure to drink. Has the doctor prescribed antibiotics? Make sure to take them on schedule. Otherwise, sleep a lot: It will give your body a chance to fight the bronchitis off.
Good luck!

One point, 24% of the people with asthma never smoked.
Mucus comes from the lungs so it sounds like you have 2 different problems
Someone suggested finding a different Dr, I think thats a good idea..
