Having a penis that is not circumcised is a very good thing. A penis that is not circumcised has a foreskin that protects it from abrasions, injury, and disease. It is loaded with nerves and is the site of most of the penile sensation. The foreskin is a “specific erogenous zone.” The foreskin aids sexual penetration and intercourse because of its "gliding action". Likewise it facilitates masturbation. For all of these reasons, being not circumcised is a very good thing. You are correct in that circumcision cuts off part of the dick. The dick does not work as well with a missing part. The ancient Greeks thought that a long tapering foreskin was the hallmark of male beauty.

This is common on the underside of a man's penis head. I would still get it looked at to be sure but I do not think that you have anything to worry about.

Sounds like some type of infection, either a yeast infection or some type of STD.
Since you have not had sex then I would go with a yeast infection, especially if you are not circumcised.
