Sounds like heart palpitations, they are not harmful but, they can be uncomfortable and scary sometimes, stress can cause them and so can too much caffeine. Hormone levels at your age can make your body do all kinds of weird stuff. If they still worry you, have your Dad take you to a Dr. to ease your mind.

It could be as simple as an anxiety attack (even if you don't think you are stressed or anxious), to a reaction to vitamins, pills, etc you may have taken (totally legal stuff). The best thing to do is set an appointment with your family doctor....First, though, it may be good, to just write down the times it happens, and how long it lasts, and what you were doing when it happened to take to the doctor with you.

hello
If you are worried - I would talk to your doctor ... Let your doctor know if you frequently have any of these symptoms

fatigue
sweating
rapid breathing
difficulty breathing
shortness of breath
tiring easily when playing
poor growth
frequent respiratory infections
poor circulation - bluish skin at times - or numbness

Your problem could be simply anxiety or something - but from my past experience - when it comes to the heart - it is best to have it checked out to be on the safe side!
Best of luck and be sure to let your doctor know if you are having any other signs that could be a signal of a heart condition...
