Your doctor should have told you that your diet has alot to due with it. Sugar is BAD! You need good things in your system when your hormones are getting your body out of whack. Vitamin C is great and alot of it. Yogurt is great, milk with androtopolics is fantastic. Can't spell it though! It is not an STD, it is a natural function of the female reproduction system. We suffer for the rights of all human beings!!!!!!!! We give life.

Recurring yeast infections are the result of an imbalance in your body chemistry. Yeast in the body grows in an acidic environment, which is created when your diet is high in sugar and refined foods and it can be controlled by changing to a sugar free diet that includes fresh raw and natural foods. If you see a natural or herbal practitioner he/she can recommend appropriate dietary changes as well as supplements that can help to balance your body chemistry.
Also, if you have taken lots of antibiotics you may have killed off the "good" bacteria in your body that help to control yeast growth. Yogurt with acidophilis or an acidophilis supplement would help to restore the helpful bacteria.

Have you tried to change your diet? The foods that give you your yeast problems are anything made from grain, corn, processed sugar, peanuts. If you have ever taken antibiotics you need to be on probiotics - this is another reason for yeast problems. Also start getting some exercise if you don't already. Sweating helps release some of the toxins in your body. Good luck.

You need to figure out what is causing the yeast infections to return. I went throught this ten years ago and my problem was the bath tub. Once I stopped taking baths and only showered, I was fine.

Azo yeast, it has all the good stuff in it to restore your PH balance (acidophiles) it helps treat it if you have one and helps keep future ones off.If you can afford it check out acupuncture it does wonders for this type of thing.
Also, cut back on sugar, drink lotsa water, and don't ever douche.

My yeast infections "look" to bypass away when I get my era yet continuously go back after. i tried eating yogurt each and each day for years and it did not help. I drink a tumbler of cranberry juice each and each day and that does look to artwork.

You have to boost your immune system. This is the real cause of your infection.
