PLEASE SEE ADDENDUM AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE. I WAS UNABLE TO EMAIL THE INFO TO YOU FOR SOME REASON!!!
Hello:
I need a little more information in order to give you a more accurate answer.
Where exactly is the blister located? Is it in your hair? Is is on the clitoris? Is it on the lips of the vagina? Top or bottom area?
I am assuming that you are female based on your picture.
Possibilities include folliculitis (a small infection of a hair follicle), a small abscess especially with the discharge, a bartholins gland infection/cyst. That is why I need to know exactly where the lesion is located.
Email me with more information and I can probably pinpoint what you have.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Addendum:
Hello again:
The new info you gave me tells me quite a bit. Now I am almost positive I know what it is.
It is either one of two things:
1. an abscess (an infection under the skin, also called a boil). They are extremely painful to the touch and sometime ooze pus. If it is already oozing then you probably wont have to have it cut open to drain it. I would soak the area frequently in really warm water (hot but not hot enough to burn the tissue). Taking an anti-inflammatory medication may help with the pain and inflammation. Something like Ibuprofen (advil, motrin), Naprosyn (aleve). The over the counter advil is 200 mg. You can take three at a time three times a day but make sure you eat with it. It can be harsh on your stomach at those doses, but dont take them if you have stomach problems like ulcers or heartburn. If it continues to enlarge to the point where it hurts to walk, then you will have to have what is called an "incision and drainage" (I&D) and packing the hole with gauze.
2. A bartholins or vestibular gland infected cyst. These glands are mostly located at the bottom part of the labia minora (the inner lips of your vagina). Again, this may need to be opened and drained too. But try the anti-inflammatory medications as above and hot soaks first. The treatment for both is essentially the same.
The only other thing it could be is a herpes infection an STD, so if you arent sexually active then herpes is ruled out.
Hope this helps.

Get to the doctors! You never know. Stress blisters sound weird to me! I would get them checked out.

if you havnt had any form of sexual contact there is no need to be embarrassed. go to a GP or the hospital, ask for a female doc if your embarrassed. it could just be an ingrowing hair (if you shave) so just see a doc and relax.

It could be from a bacteria or a yeast infection. I am sure you need to get it looked at though. It could be as simple as a soap allergy or something. In that case a benadryl would probally help, but to be safe, see your doctor. Good luck
