Love it love it! To "kick it up" put your favorite cooked mac and cheese recipe in a casserole dish. Add 3/4 of a can of evaporated milk, top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs and bake for 45 minutes until all the milk is absorbed.

I do as well as my family. But NOT right out of the box!
I like to add: extra cheddar cheese, a little Parmesan, some chopped fried bacon, chopped fried onions (garlic, cilantro, even chopped fried tomatoes) and either some sliced pure beef wieners, chunks of ham OR some browned ground beef............
(Makes a wicked casserole, especially for kids AND has about a 100% more nutrition than just the box.......)

Mac and Cheese is SO good. I also recommend trying out some of the other varieties like Thick and Creamy and Super Mac and Cheese. I live by myself and work crazy hours, and a lovely bowl of mac and cheese reminds me of my family and fills my tummy.

Homemade Mac 'n Cheese is the best, especially when its slightly burned at the top.

I love them too. I try not to eat them, because they are so bad for you, but they are the ultimate comfort food.
I do not like the boxed kind- I love homemade mac and cheese.

When I was in the Navy,we had a budget problem.
We had mac n cheese EVERY meal,for weeks!
It was years,after I got out,before I could even go near it.
