cookielove i feel sorry for you. I am going through the same thing i even went as far as accusing my bf of being unfaithful we went to the doctor and they said he did not have a s.t.d but they did tell us that maybe the reason could be that he is not circumcised. Bactria gets under the foreskin of the penis and could be reinfecting me, he keeps this area clean as possible. I am also allergic to lubricated condoms I use unlubricated condoms and herbal supplement olive leaf extract and milk thistle and garlic pills daily and i am doing just fine no glove no love baby. This has been an awful strain on our sexual relationship but he is very understanding i hope your husband understands until you get the situation under control. I definitely don't like the condoms But i would rather deal with that than Bacterial Vaginosis. Good Luck.( I also used the clindesse and it worked just fine for me. you might also need a medication called metronidazole)

Are you sure they are yeast infections? Were you diagnosed by a doctor? It certainly could be recurring yeast infections (in which case your husband is probably re-infecting you, like someone else said). For 10 years I thought I was getting recurring yeast infections caused by sex - I was diagnosed once when I didn't have any symptoms, and when I did have symptoms I couldn't get in to see the doctor soon enough, but when I told my doctors (several different ones over the 10 years) they all told me it was a yeast infection. Last year I finally found a doctor who thought it might be something else. She was right - this past summer I finally saw a doctor (actually went to the ER) when I had my symptoms, and it turned out to be a recurring urinary tract infection (UTI). Now I take a mild antibiotic every time I have sex, and I haven't had a UTI since!

I've had yeast infections problem over 4 years. I tried everything, of course I went to the DR. about a hundred times, probably not that many, but it sure seems like it. It never did any good for long and caused all kinds of other issues having to do with taking too many antibiotics. It wasn't until I stumbled upon the information on this site
( http://yeastinfectionnomore.tipstoday.info/229-natural.html ), that my life changed completely. I'm feeling so much better now, my quality of life returned and every one of the symptoms had gone.

Although yeast infection (known by the names of Candida, Monilia or Thrush) is in fact a very common condition, (as three out of four women develop it at some point in their lifetimes), it is little discussed. Most people regard candida infection as a ‘on the surface’ problem that should be treated with creams and antibiotics whereas few are aware of its potentially risky complications. So going to doctors it's a bad idea not because it makes you feel uncomfortable, it's because they will prescribe antibiotics until something works, it could take even 1 year to treat a yeast infection like this.

To effectively overcome candida infection, you need to be aware of the real cause of yeast infection and be able to identify its symptoms. You need to know how to self-test and diagnose your candida condition, learn about the dietary principals needed to maintain a candida free environment and about the complimentary treatments that will help you battle against the negative effects and complications of your yeast infection.

Your husband probably needs to get treated for a yeast infection, also. What you've got there is a sort of bacteriological tennis game going on, where you get it cleared up and he gives it to you again.

That said, you both should go into your doctor to make sure that both of you are STD-clean and if he even has a yeast infection, too. Think of other connecting things to do besides intercourse with your husband until you're both cured.

It's probably your husband that needs to be checked. It sounds like he is contributing to your recurent infections.

Of course go through the usual other things to prevent a yeast infection, too, but it sounds way too often for it not to be something with him

Good luck!

You must take your medicine as directed. Try not to have sex during your time you are taking the medication. If it causes for you to take it seven days straight do it without sex. Tell your husband to go to the Dr. he may need some antibiotics.
