Is it Tso like Ho, Ho, Ho or does it sould like how at then end.

The General's actual name is a Chinese sound, so it's hard to represent in English; some people us "Tso" and others use "Cho" or "Chow"....If you say "Te-Tse-Chi-Oh" really quickly you'll be getting close. His name was actually "Zuǒ", and he was a Qing dynasty fellow.

PS A group of inquisitive journalists recently tracked down General Zuǒ's family, and they had no idea he had a chicken dish named after him!

I was once in a Chinese restaurant and the waitress pronounced it "cho" but I always say "Tso" with the "t" sound in front.

"Tso" Say So... although to find the proper way of saying it ask someone at the restatruant!
