this is one symptom of khandita
you probably eat a lot of carbs and/or have taken a lot of medication in your lifetime
if you go on a carb-free, sugar-free diet for about a month or so, your cravings will considerably lower, your skin will clear, and you'll lose weight

No. I very rarely want sweets. I think this has to do with having been exposed to too many carob chips in childhood.
But I think I know what you mean. If I have a meal that's too full of raw veg, I sometimes crave something hot and fatty. Melted cheese, say.
A plate of melted cheese would send me screaming for salad, though. Ah, moderation!

Yes but usually a small peppermint or a few pieces of liquorish takes care of the craving and they both don't break my diet
