I am on the phone w/ a friend who's family member died a sudden death 4yrs ago. She died at 36yo. 1 week before she had blacked out. Her autopsy results were inconclusive. Is there any chance this could be LQTS? Or another arrhythmia?

it could have been lqts or a host of any other arrhythmia..with lqts sometimes the only sympton,so to say,is when death occurs..some people have epidoses of fainting and things like that...sometimes these fainting episodes occur during exercise or by simply being startled by something..
