If only one of them is HIV+, he can infect the other one. Oral, anal or with contact with semen and open cuts!

In any kind of sex, the penetrator is at a little lower risk of HIV transmission than the penetratee. He just has less exposed mucous membrane.

More so in oral sex. The virus won't usually be present in the mouth, as it's a hostile environment to the virus. So receiver is not likely to be able to pass the virus easily unless he's got some form of cut in his mouth or gum disease.

It is present in ejaculate though, which puts the recipient at greater risk.

The recipient's gender is irrelavent to risk, here.
