First degree AV block does not necessarily lead to irregular heart beats. I am aware of no case in which first degree AV block resolved on its own unless there were a medication causing it which was discontinued. In addition certain types of heart attacks may affect the heart rhythm temporarily although once the acute stage is done whatever the heart rhythm becomes permanent.

That depends on the cause. If there is a "mechanical" reason such as a blockage or damage to the heart or arteries it is likely to require surgical intervention. If the problem is "electrical" where no blockage, damage or illness can be detected, it can sometimes be treated with medication. Sometimes this medication has to be taken long-term, and sometimes not. Eliminating caffeine, stimulants, cold medicines and stress from your life may resolve irregular heartbeats as well. Be certain to contact a physician, however to rule out life-threatening problems.

depends on what is causing them to happen..if its being caused becausea person is taking dix and have too much in your system, lowering the dig dose would help..if its because your potassium level is too high getting that lower would help, obviously a person would need to see their doctor and not change med doses on their own,a person needs blood work to check for theraputic levels and such..a first degree av block isn't that bad, just slow conduction through the av node..if its just happening with no underlying reason theres nothing to treat, and usually doesnt require treatment

No.
You can get medication for this.
But, you would really need to see your doctor.
If you are desperate, seek an ambulance.
This could be life threatening, particullarly in an emergency.
Seek medical treatment right away!
