I have a diabetic manual for my 11 year old son. It basically says all people should eat like a diabetic. Healthy, low carb foods. There are actual guides, but just remember what you learned in school about the basic food groups and you've got your answer. I'd say there isn't a particular cure all, but a variety of foods which contain different vitamins is the healthiest... If you can gag it down, I've read 2-3 tsp. of pure apple cider vinegar in an 8oz. glass of water before each meal is a great body cleanser and helps with digestion. I do it, and it seems to help my energy levels, because I'm cleaned out, with no nasty side effects... Which allows the vitamins to be absorbed properly!!! And it's CHEAP...
