yes, it happens to me sometimes. when i get really scared, i can see my chest beating. this scares me even more.

Under normal conditions you should not, specially if your laying down or not doing physical activity, but i can tell you a few conditions in which you could see maybe on the left side of the chest a pulsating heart
LVH otherwise known as left ventricular hypertrophy, what that means is that your heart muscle is bigger than what it normally is so you can see some of it beating.
COPD Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease this doesn't affect your heart directly but in the long run you might get LVH
Straining Exercise, as simple as that, heart needs to pump out more blood therefore it needs to beat harder

I can see my heart beating too and if I put im fingers along the spaces in my rib cage I can feel the blood going from the low and upper chambers. I think its normal, I'm pretty skinny so that might by why I'm 5'11 and 130 pounds. like my left boob like moves with my heat beats. I go to a heart specialist for other heart issues and he said that it was normal that you can see mine beating.

You can depending on what is going on or if you are very thin. If you feel preasure or tighing in you chest I would go to the E.R

Only if you're missing your sternum and a bunch of ribs. You might see your belly pulsating. This is called a pulsatile aorta. Not for to beeink problem.
