OK I am serious and not trying to be funny and Do NOT want stupid answers. Why would my boyfriend have pimples on his penis? Both of us are STD free (tested). They are pimples but why? Is it coz it gets hot in his pants and humid? Or do all guys get these?

i have this problem . the skin of the bottom of my penis rubs against the skin of my testicles and that skin does not get my air because they are always stuck together . tell him to clean there often and try to squeeze out any pores he has down there like black heads . this should be done about once or twice a month to prevent sore pimples .

I get them sometimes. Anywhere you have skin, you can get a pimple. They hurt like the dickens. I don't know if your family is the poping kind, but mine is, and it seems to be the only way to deal with them there, but I will go to China and back on my knees if I think it will help avoid them because OUCH!!! And the act of poping them is very difficult beyond being painful, because the skin is all strechy (because... yeah...)
Anyway, yes, they happen, they happen there for the same reason as anywhere else (clogged poores) and they really really hurt.

Don't get up tight. I am 57 and I got them in the past. It is not caused by a disease. Sometimes it is caused by sweating and not taking enough baths. Even you can get pimples or a rash for the same reason. Trust me.

Yup. Once in a great while but not a full on break out.
If it's a lot, maybe he's allergic to the laundry soap.

if they are pimples then he may be sweating too much and getting too much oil in that area. he may want to see a dr to make sure there isnt a bigger problem

there could be 3 reasons. He could be allergic to the condoms he is wearing, or the soap he is using. or it could be that he doesn't clean himself often enough, or he could have friction burns from too much non-lubricated friction while masturbating. whatever it is, he should go see a doctor about it

well the only thing i could think of is when the penis is erect somtimes the holes where the hair comes out stretch and make it look like little bumps. Hope i could help answer some of my questions please.
