Can Pelvic Inflammatory Disease be mistaken for a bacterial Infection?

pid. is a sexual transmitted dease. and gonorrhea and chlamydia is the underlineing factor and can cause stearile in one and dammage the flapoin tubes as well . . no you cant get this and a bacterial infection mixed up no way. my opion?

PID is most often caused by bacterial infection, like gonorrhea or chlamydia. It is just more severe than early infection and can render one sterile.
