It's serious. Diabetics have far higher rates of heart disease, strokes, and high BP than the general population. They don't die from high blood sugar, they die from heart attacks and the like.
Makes sure she monitor her blood glucose at the same time. Sugary blood makes it harder to pump and can increase your BP.

Did you mean blood pressure or blood pressure? In either case, the answer is, yes, it's potentially very serious.
When blood sugar levels are too high, organ damage can result. If the blood sugar level is too high, it can cause a diabetic coma. Diabetes and high blood sugar levels are the leading cause of adult onset blindness.
Many people with diabetes also have high blood pressure. Uncontrolled blood pressure can lead to stroke.
Your Mum needs to get to a doctor and work to control her diabetes and/or blood pressure.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/APvTd
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

It is serious enough for them to want to keep an eye on her in hospital, but try not to worry too much - the fact that she's been in hospital means that the dr's know about her condition and are working with her to try to improve it. Have you talked to your mum about how worried you are? Maybe by talking with her you can find out what the dr has told your mum and how she's being treated for it - hopefully that will get some of your fears that she could be seriously ill sorted out. The best way that you can help is probably to give her lots of love and support - ask if there's anything you can help her with if she's not been feeling well, and if she needs a special diet encourage her to stick with it; but hopefully yous don't have anything to worry about. Hope that helps xx

If your mom is diabetic and is always going to the hospital. She really needs to start checkin her blood pressure at least twice a day. It has to be seriously low or high for you to go to the hospital. Majority of my family members have diabetes and they have to check their blood pressure regulary and they have to watch what they eat. If your mom doesnt this could be really bad long term effects and ive had a friend die of complications with diabetes many years ago.

yeah that's serious dependin on her age. Is she in her 30's or 40's? Since her blood pressure is high, she can exercise more and eat more healthy foods and that would lower her blood pressure. she can eat sweets but not 2 much of it. if she doesn't react immediately, she can end up colging her tubes that lead blood threw her body and can cause strokes, heart failure, and maybe more.

If she truly has high blood pressure, get her to her doctor and have it checked. There are excellent medications for high blood pressure that don't interfere with diabetes.

The connection between high blood pressure and diabetes is very tenuous. Hypertension is a complaint in its own right and needs to be treated as such. And, yes it is imortant to get it seen to.
