I have a medicine that I went to pick up at the pharmacy and they prescribed to take 3 1/2 cc and the syringe that my daughter has is only tsp an ml

A cc (cubic centimeter) is equal to one ml (milliliter), so 3.5 cc would be 3.5 ml on the syringe.

cc is equivalent to ml. 1 ml= 1 cc

ml (milliliter) is the current standard term.

'cc' (cubic centimeter) is antiquated, but still in use by some old-timers.

cc's and ml's are equal. 1cc=1ml. So you would give 3 1/2 ml's.
