If this is the first time this has happened it may not be herpes, the first outbreak is probably the worst and is usually the worst and is usually painfull. Burning, itching and very sensitive.

It can be many things. How long have you had it? Has it opened into a sore? If it has it could be Molluscum Contagiosum, if it hasn't it could be HPV which is a wart virus that needs to be treated before you pass it on to anyone else. And before you get more. It could be a small cyst. A cloged pore, an ingrown hair.

I would get it checked by a doctor, we see this all the time. Better to be safe then sorry and think it's nothing.

It is possible that you have Gential Herpes, go on line and search the sites for pictures and also have a blood test done. Blister and bumps in that area is a sign of GH. good luck
