Yes, I'm a meat-eater, and I'm aware of how the animals I eat are slaughtered. But I try not to think about it too much when I'm eating. To be honest I'm an animal-lover and pet-sitter; I cannot imagine myself killing or hurting an animal. It would tear my heart out.

No I don't eat meat as I know how animals are killed and I don't want any part of it. I don't force my beliefs on anyone else though, as it's a personal choice. If someone asks me why I don't eat meat I will tell them, but I wouldn't suggest to anyone that they shouldn't be eating meat unless they start attacking me about my beliefs.

No, I don't eat meat, and it's because I know what those poor animals have to suffer through before they get to the plate. It's not just the killing process, but their whole lives.
Those who do know and still eat meat are usually in denial about it. That or they are lacking in the compassion department. It's amazing how people get all up in arms about people eating dogs and cats, yet eat cows and pigs. Pigs are at least as smart as, if not smarter than, dogs - yet they are kept in conditions and treated in a way that would be illegal if it were done to dogs.

No i dont eat meat!
i dont beleive in it!
there are so many other things ppl can eat that taste really nice... like
quiches
pizzas
cheesy pasta bakes
home made veggie burgers
pastas and rice
soups
salads
breads
fruit
veggie lasange....
n im sure half of the people that do eat meat tried some of these things they would love it!
just no tofu yuck!

They usually slit the throat and bleed it out. Then it goes on to be cleaned, butchered and packaged. Then It gets shipped the the supermarket where it is (sometimes) repackaged,then priced and put on a shelf. Where a meat-eater like me inspects it, buys it, cooks it and consumes it. YUM YUM.

yes i eat meat and yes i know how the animals are killed and i dont care that much as long as i dont get a disease from the meat.

I used to eat meat. Not anymore. Now it just looks pathetic to me all wrapped up in their cold little styrafoam containers. It reminds me of an ultimately pathetic existance of an animal with no hope. Just sad.

I kill most of my own meat. I kill it with a 30.06. Some times i kill it with a bow and arrow. I am a american citizen who pays taxes to insure my right to hunt and bear arms. Animals were placed on this earth soley to feed humans. Duh why do you have to be so dam weird? Like animals have feelings. Do you have a job?
