You can take alot of different Christmas type of items (such as a small santa clause, a candy cane, a christmas card, a piece of your tree, different ornaments, ect) and you place them on a large cookie sheet. Then you have everyone one look at all the items and you time them for about 2 minutes. Then you take the tray away and have everyone write down as many items as they can remember. Whoever remebers the most wins a prize.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Another one you can do is if you can draw or find a large picture of santa clause you could do PIN THE BEARD.... Or PIN ON SANTA'S HAT!! I know it's a little cheesy but you'll be suprised how much fun people will have with it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can also make name tags with different christmas type of people (examples: Mrs. Clause, Rudoulf, Mary, Jesus, etc) and you place one name tag on each persons back. (make sure they don't see who they have) Then they have to walk around all night and ask people questions to figure out who they are. (such as am I an animal or human, am i real or make believe) This is a great game to play to get people to mingle around.

I don't know what your friends are into, but I think that it would be really fun to decorate glass ball Christmas ornaments and exchange them. When I moved out on my own, I didn't have any ornaments of my own to decorate the tree. I never realized how cool it is to have memories attatched to them rather than just buying them for the sake of having them. It's been 5 years now and we are slowly getting new memories to add to our tree every year. Start now!
