I recently went to a family gathering and was completely impressed with a fruit dish my cousin brought.....

Slice up some apples (she had Breaburn, Empire and Granny Smith) place them in a bowl with lemon lime soda (such as sprite) so they don't brown. Take a package of softened cream cheese and place in the center of a platter. Spread the apples around the platter. Take Schmuker's caramel ice cream topping and spread all over the cream cheese and apples. Sprinkle any form of granola you like over entire platter (we had dried cranberry and almond granola). This was so delicious! And it is great because you can really make it to your liking...you can use lowfat cream cheese or sugar free sauce.
