I am diabetic, and when mine was too high I was extremely tired, thirsts, had to use the bathroom a lot. Also when it was high my eyes would burn...kind of like Hay Fever.

All of the above answers. I have also had mental effects, like being easily distracted or confused, quick to anger, excessively weepy. I have found I get a "sugar hangover", the day after consuming a high carb meal, with a headache, burning eyes, nausea, general grumpyness. Just like the real hangover, without the drinking.

constanly thirsty, freguent urination, eyesight, feet hurting, heart racing. Get a blood test done. Usually runs in the family.
