Important factors include exercise and diet. Regular exercise will help increase the number and flexibility of your blood vessels. It also helps to avoid or limit the intake of certain foods and elements , i.e. - salt (sodium). If you are having problems with your blood pressure see your doctor since many times blood pressure problems can be corrected or at least reduced with diet and exercise. If that doesn't work, then prescription medication is the next step.
Although you should get a doctor's advice before you self medicate, the garlic will help with circulation as will fish oil and B-12. Potassium can also help lower blood pressure. A good multi-vitamin would probably be a good starting place.
High blood pressure is not something to fool around with - see your doctor.
God bless you.

Whatever the salt/sodium amount you are taking; consider reducing that by half or at least not as much as what you're taking in now. Hopefully that will help you. I learned that from a Korean movie. Korean and Japanese have some of the best health status around the world. Learn from that! Good luck!

Were you diagnosed with high blood pressure by a doctor? There are many causes for high blood pressure and treatment depends on the cause. Self medicaion for this is not safe. It is FAR better to follow your doctor's recommendation for treatment. Same is true for high cholesterol. Really...get and follow your doc's advice.

-Add a teaspoon of honey and 5-8 drops of apple cider vinegar to a cup of hot water, and drink it in the early morning. It helps to reduce cholesterol, maintains vasodilation, and helps to regulate blood pressure.
-Exercise regularly. Try 20-30 minutes of brisk walking.

Watched my brother have a stroke because of his high blood pressure. Really is easier to go to the Doc for some counsel and advise while you are still able to walk on your own!
