Regular chocolate has milk, sugar and cocoa in it. Baking chocolate, you have to most likely add sugar because when you bake regular chocolate, it loses a lot of it's taste. When you bake baking chocolate and add the ingredients and bake it, it comes out tasting like regular chocolate.
