Breakfast - I like a sweetroll or coffee cake.
Lunch - Not much on Christmas, maybe some snacks or chips w/dip. Carrots, Celery, etc.
Dinner - I like to fix a prime Rib Roast with Baked potatoes, salad and of course pie for dessert.

Well, if you are talking about the Christmas season the better question would be "what don't I eat!"
But if you are specifically talking about Christmas day. We don't do a big breakfast since we gather with family for a big dinner about 2:00 p.m. with turkey, ham and all the trimmings. This is after our family meal on Christmas eve before we open gifts. That meal consist of lasagna and garlic bread with lots of yummy appetizers before such as deviled eggs, little smokies, fruit and veggies trays, chips and dips.
As to dessert, well I bake so many cookies it's unreal. I also make lots and lots of candies. I'll start that next weekend. I take trays to work as does my husband, I take trays to our dinners and give to friends too.
Traditional dessert after Christmas dinner is pies.

My family and I usually have something offbeat for Christmas because Thanksgiving just passed and enough already with the heavy meals. The kids are too busy playing to eat so we do ribs or crab legs.
My grandmother as a tradition, used to make Japanese Fruitcake. Since she died, my mom has made it every Christmas since.
I also continue a tradition my dad started when I was little. Santa leaves bushels of fruit and assorted candies under the tree.

I come from Sicilian heritage meaning it's a lot of seafood - shrimp coctail, mussels in garlicky tomato sauce, crab cakes, scallops, and the like.
But we're also 3rd and 4th generation American, so we're not adverse to having chip, veggie, cheese, and dip platters.
Oh, and soda. Lots of soda. Unfortunately.

All fruits are fruit and vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which is employed for food.

In the superstore, fruits are usually selected far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fruit and vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
