You will increase your chances of living a long and enjoyable life if you maintain a healthy lifestyle and tight control of your blood glucose levels. That prevents long-term complications and has been proven to extend the lives of those living with diabetes, even if you are insulin dependent. If you've managed to live with it for 23 years and have no major complications, you should do fine if you take care of yourself.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I imagine you are type one. Which means you are on insulin for life. . .Read what happens if you do not take the extra care required to maintain good health. You can die a slow death, at a young age, losing parts of your body piece by piece, go blind, become impotent, lose your kidneys, clog your coronary arteries, the arteries in your brain, have a stroke. . .or, you can remember to stay on top of your diabetes and die from being shot by a jealous husband while jumping out of a second story bedroom window when you are 110 years old. Your choice. . .good luck

As long as you stick to a healthy lifestyle, (like reducing the amount of sugar intake, exercising and stuff), you should be able to live as long as any other normal person, except you have to have a stricter lifestyle.
