s c or s q means subcutaneous. (which is an injection through the skin.)
Ivermectin is a broad spectrum antilarval medication. It is used to kill variety of invertebrate parasites.
You placed your question in "heart". I am guessing that the prescription is for dog heartworm. But that is just a guess.

lvermectin is a powerful deworming medication mostly used with horses. you may have known that. 200 is it mg?/kg is like 200mg per kg of weight. so you would multiply the weight in kg by 200. if it were 3 kg you would give 600 mg. PO is by mouth SC is subcutaneously which is under the skin using a small syringe similar to a insulin syringe. and you would give 2 treatments at that dose. note: lvermectin in horses is usually given for 10 days
