I keep on getting a pressure of some sort in my chest and goes around my back and it makes me have shortness of breathe, heart beat races more and it hurts. Does anyone know why?

i think you need to change your sitting/standing/walking/laying around postures...it effects alot of things.. try to remind urself everytime to sit up straight, if you still get this same effect in one week, see the doctor would be the next.. take care~

If you are having chest pains that you are not sure of, you need to call your hospitals ER and see if you should go in. Heart Disease is something we all need to be worried about...

if your having chest pain..you don't need advice from a bunch of strangers first that you don't even know..get your butt to the hospital now!!

You could be having anxiety/panic attack. Thats what happens to me when i have an anxiety attack. Try talking to your dr. or you could try deep breathing when it happens.
