Has she finished the entire bottle of anti-biotics? Make sure that she does! But if she countinues to cough it could be other things such as Croup or even Asthma....Bring her to the Pediatrician as soon as you can if there are no improvements!
Also, check to see if she has a fever using an oral thermometer and record what this is. Take her to the ER if her temp is high above 101.0 Take note if she coughs up any sputum and note the color. Is she having any trouble breathing? If so, she needs to be brought to the ER.
Her coughing may not be due to other things than a Bacterial infection which was what the anti-biotics were for. But I would take her to Urgent care or something similar tommorrow if you are very concerned...just use your instinct.

I've had this problem since a child myself. Once I start coughing I cann't stop. My best solutions: vaporizer to moisten the air, warm drinks to soothe the throat, warm bathes or showers to help breathe in warm moist air. I've even slept with a warm wet washcloth over my nose and mouth to really moisten the air.
