To be 100% sure, you will need to live in isolation with guards outside forever, since rape is a possibility.

However, you can reduce the risk to nearly zero by reducing your number of sexual partners, always using barrier methods of protection, and hopefully forming a mutually faithful relationship. You would also need to practice universal precautions if your work involves handling blood or body fluids, and you should avoid piercings, tattoos, and sharing needles.

Abstain from sex until marriage, and marry someone who does the same.

And don't do drugs, especially with needles.

Do those things, and your chances of getting HIV are virtually zero.

Have your spouse be tested for the virus, then stay monogamous. Ensure that you don't get transfused with infected blood or pricked by an infected needle or sharps. Avoid exposing your wound, no matter how small it is to the body fluids of infected people.

Dont get promiscuos. Make sure that you get only sterile disposable needles when having your injection in a medical procedure. Dont get tatoos.. HIV is spread if not in the needle, but in the contaminated tatoo ink.

the only assurance is abstinence. if that's unrealistic you have to use a condom or have a monogamous partner that's been tested and confirmed negative again in 6 months
