You're craving chooclate because your blood sugar level is too low at that time and you crave a pick-me-up. To prevent this, eat a good low sugar breakfast such as egg on toast or porridge. Then have a low sugar filling lunch such as a soup or a rice dish. That will keep your blood sugar level stable and also keep you full so you don't feel the need for chocolate to boost your energy levels. Whatever you do DON'T skip breakfast or lunch as that will make your cravings worse. And don't try to replace the chocolate with chooclate milk or anything else sugary as that will send your blood sugar up and then crashing down again - leading to more cravings later on. Keep your blood sugar level STABLE with low sugar foods and you'll find you don't crave sugar at all.

This is a typical time of day why your potassium and sodium ratio is out of balance and your body craves a boost of these electrolytes, especially potassium, you could have gotten them in the past from chocolate. Also when these get low usually in the afternoon you get tired so chocolate naturally containing caffeine also gives you that boost that your body needs. Look for things that have natural electrolytes like fruit juices, or the healthier water drinks (Vitamin Water for example) maybe one with some herbs and vitamins for a pickup as well. The best natural source of electrolytes is coconut water which is becoming more and more available in stores and flavored too, It is called and isotonic beverage because it has an ideal ratio of electrolytes the body to replenish fluids. Of course fruit is great too and contains potassium especially bananas but they all do. And lastly if it is the taste that are really addicted to you could try carob. It is similar to chocolate but doesnt have caffeine or the potential for become addicted to it.

Girl. I feel you. I also have chocolate cravings before. In fact, I eat chocolates before and after meal. And I do it everyday. My bag is always stuffed with chocolates. You know the effect, i get hyper and I had UTI () Urinary Tract Infections. So, what I did is, I drink plenty of water before and after meal. It this way, I get full. And my tongue did not crave for chocolate anymore. I also drink juice after meal. Yeah, I surpassed it. My friend who is a nurse, told me that it's ok to eat chocolates late in the afternoon but not in the morning or at noon time. But for us? We don't care right? Because it is a chocolate and we love it. LOL. Believe me girl, you can prevent it if you can control you cravings. Drinking water and juice will help, eating fruits will also help. So, good luck.

Genesis a million is the account of the creation of the universe and existence on planet earth because it exceeded off in chronological series. Genesis 2 is purely an more desirable rationalization of the activities that exceeded off on the proper of the sixth creation day - at the same time as God created people. Genesis one provides you very nearly no information about the creation of people (except the theory that people were created in such as God). For a e book that is committed to the courting between people and God, 4 verses appears like a touch poor reason in the back of the creation of God's preeminent creature. it is because Genesis one change into under no circumstances meant to face except for Genesis 2 and three. Genesis 2 describes God's coaching of a particular region in the international (Eden) for habitation with the aid of the first people. part of the confusion effects from our English translations, which use the time period "earth" at the same time as the Hebrew might want to extra efficient be translated "land."

rich good quality chocolate in a flavour you don't like, like for me, it's whiskey/beer filled chocolates. You will feel "heartbroken" spending so much on a stupid bar of chocolate that you don't want to eat. You can take a square to get the taste to put you off, then share the rest. Buy a new bar the next day and see your money go to waste!;)
