If you have a Costco or a Sams Club membership, or a friend that can get you in there, in the frozen section they have tons of appetizer/finger type foods in large quantities and reasonably priced.

Cocktail meatballs or Little Smokies always go over big, footlong sub sandwiches cut into small strips, chicken wings, chili con carne dip in a crockpot with corn chips to dip into it, or a 7 layer Mexican dip with corn chips, Mexican pinwheels http://www.recipezaar.com/11969, you can make herbed or spiced nuts, kebobs (take wood skewers or bigger toothpicks and alternate cubes of sausage, cheese, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, or olives)

The easiest and yummiest thing ever is a block of cream cheese with some red pepper jelly on top. Serve that with crackers. (You can also do half red pepper jelly and half green pepper jelly, but the green isnt as good)

Also, you could have the red/green m&m's.

Everyone loves finger sandwhiches, make them yourself since a tray of them costs an arm and a leg.

Bags of Ruffles with french onion dip or you could have a crock pot with a pound of velveeta cheese and 2 cans of Rotel Dip and have tostitoes with it. That has the possibility of being messy, but 14-19 year olds usually can eat without too big a mess.

And sorry, I don't know of any alcohol free punches, lol.

pizza bagel bites
fruit/veggie platters
crackers (goldfish are always popular)
M&Ms and/or skittles

every christmas, my grandma and i make little mini hamburgers...

you need ground beef, green onions, worchester sauce, seasonings, wonderbread or some kind of white bread, and dijon mustard.

cut the bread into circles using a small circular cookie cutter
mix the ground beef, green onions, worchester sauce, and seasonings of your choice (whatever you normally use if you make your own hamburgers--garlic salt is good)
take pinches of the meat and put it on the circles of bread, pinch and shape it so it fits nicely on the bread.
put it in the oven until the meat is cooked (i can't remember the temp or time, sorry!)
after they are done cooking, put a small dollop of mustard on each hamburger.
