personally i'm a fan of cottage cheese and would welcome the side as offered. unfortunately not everyone else is. do not serve this to your guests. most people are happy with pizza by itself, with beer or cola.

Uh, it's unheard of. I don't think I'd use it as a side dish but, why not try it? And tell me how it goes. Although, along with some strawberries and other berries, it could serve as a dessert.

I wouldn't recommend it outright... though if you made a dip from it, with garlic and herbs, and served it with raw veggies as an alternative to salad that might be fun-- and it would extend the "finger food" theme that so often goes with pizza...

Ick...try an appealing salad. If you're ok with the already washed, bagged varieties, there are many good ones too choose from! A spinach salad or "mixed" baby greens are always good. Add your favorite dressing.
