Definitely! Everyone gets their 5, 10, 15, 20 yr. plaque and employee of the year award! Which by the way was me last year! I love my job and would rather be at work than anywhere else in the whole world!! Super GREAT people!

No, although it sounds good for morale, it becomes obvious what is really going on....not a good idea....give them a monetary or memorable gift to remember the season by, by my goodness, don't have parties that can ruin lives and careers...even a dinner out cannot equate to cash or a nice rememberance....

No... I am the only one in my office and I usually hog the whole party and I never get myself anything which is really disappointing and then I sleep with the boss !!
Happens year after year and frankly I am getting sick of it !

NO - they usually suck. People are so sociall retarded - they don't know how to act at a party - so it just becomes painful to be there.
