I like rabbits in a great German stew called Hassenpfeffer.

my father used to cook it with a finely chopped garlic and rosemary sauce in tomato!!

I tried it when i went to Bolivia last summer, really tasty. It was called "Lambreado", grilled on a fire made of tree branches and dried wood logs.
