Go to your Dr and he/she can freeze them off. Relatively painless and takes about 5-10 minutes.

I dunno about anal warts, but an old wives tale said if you had a bit of pinched meat from the butcher and rub it on a wart, it makes the wart go away! How true it is I don't know, fortunately I've never had any warts other than one on my thumb.
I wouldn't really pinch meat from a butcher, but you could ask if they could give you some!
If I'm honest - I'd seek medical advice too.

Go to the GUM clinic and they will sort you out, they will freeze them and you can also get a cream to take home with you, they should be gone in about 2 weeks max
