If the cardiac infarct hasn't been clinically verified (or ruled out), no medical person in their right mind would recommend intense aerobic activity until a definitive diagnosis has been made...out of fear of extending the infarct even further.

One POSSIBLE exception would be if this possible infarct was an old event, and the person was not symptomatic. In such a situation, the doctor might order a stress EKG to monitor how the patient's heart rate responded to aerobic stress. But that would be done in a controlled situation with a medical team and resuscitative equipment on hand.

A very important but incomplete question. there should be no suspicion of someone having cardiac infarction, its definite event , first of all you need to ascertain that if they had cardiac infarction which in lay term means heart attack and then again you need to know how long ago they had it and how much damage and to what particular area the damage was sustained and finally what is there cardiac status now. all these questions need to be kept in mind along with what medication they are taking, It also depends how much exercise they are currently doing before commencing on intensive aerobic activity. Its definitely not the question to be answered on Internet as consequences could be disastrous or even fatal

No. Anyone doing aerobic exercise works the heart and the pulse and blood pressure automatically increase. The pulse especially. Th is is usually monitored by the instructor. They wont let people with high blood pressure or serious health problems participate. A sport like gentle swimming or walking would be better.

Definitely NO.

Someone who had myocardial infarction had to go through cardiac rehab, a program dedicated to rehabilitating heart patients by gradually strenghtening the heart by graduated exercises fitting the cardiac dynamics.

NOT SURE WHAT THAT IS , BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE A SEROUS HEART CONDITION, SO UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO GET RID OF THAT PERSON, I WOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDING AEROBICS. MAYBE A NICE GENTLE WALK, OR SWIMMING IS GOOD.

no because it might induce another infarction. if it must be done it has to be done in moderation. myocardial infarctions have to be taken very serious and only your doctor can tell you when and how often to excercise. just take it easy.
