OK, there are one billion Indians who most definitly do.
Add to that about 30% of all North Americans, who may at time feel inclined to eat it, that gives you an extra 100 million people. Twice as many Europeans will at Indian food, so that's another 200 million. And then there's about half of all people in Australasia and Singapore, a few South Americans, some Africans, the odd Russina, and a few Chinese restaurant customers... say two billion of the 6 billion people on this planet will eat Indian food. Well, and myself, I'm rather well-known for eating lots of it.

Both Indian and Foreigners
A lot of Foreigners like Indian food, just has to be very little or no spicy at all.
Nan, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and biriyani are some of the favourite food. I heard English people loves Indian food. In USA, even a small city has at least one Indian restaurant. Most of their customers are foreigners.
In my observation, only the children of Indian immigrants hate Indian food.
